Mark joined Medical Architecture in 2007 and has a comprehensive understanding of the Healthcare sector. Mark is particularly skilled in the delivery of complex healthcare design. With effective stakeholder engagement and end user consultation, he seamlessly manages the development of design briefs, responding directly to the intricacies of a project.

Mark is an experienced architect and master-planner. Mark’s experience has enabled him to work closely with stakeholders to add capacity and to improve efficiency. He works on a day-to-day basis in BIM and ADB, a specialist NHS healthcare database.

Mark has successfully delivered a range of projects, increasing efficiency, improving early life cycle costs and mitigating risk. Mark is an integral member of our clinical design and planning team, adding value through the application of mature technical skills, a personable approach and evidence based design.

Mark completed the challenging Oakwood Adult Autism Unit in, Surrey, where he was architectural project lead from inception to its completion. The relocation of the service led to the design and construction of a new inpatient unit for seven adults with Autistic Spectrum Disorder.
