Aldo Cupido

Aldo has 21 years of experience in a diverse range of projects in South Africa, Australia and the UK, with 5 years of experience in healthcare design. Many of his projects have been highly awarded, from a Cape Institute of Architects Merit Award to the RAIA QLD Beatrice Hutton Award for Commercial Architecture. Aldo’s background as an Architectural Technologist gives him a natural technical curiosity with an inside-out approach to design. Aldo was instrumental in the technical design of the new Eating Disorders Unit in Dorset.

Aldo is a Senior Designer in our London Studio. He’s a member of our Covid-19 policy advisory group and and a member of our Building Information Modelling working group, playing an active role in supporting BIM development across the practice. He is currently working on a new mental health inpatient building at St Ann’s Hospital in Dorset.
