Architectural Technologist
We are recruiting a forward-thinking Architectural Technologist with three years of post-graduate experience to join our London studio, to work on a growing workload of important healthcare projects.
You will be part of a friendly and vibrant team designing a new generation of high-performing health infrastructure in the UK and overseas.
We offer a hybrid working model, with a base in our attractive, accessible studio in central London, alongside the opportunity to work one day a week from home. You will help us to deliver technical design using industry-standard Autodesk BIM applications.
Requirements (essential)
- BSc or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology, or HNC/HND qualifications, with a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience working with design teams on complex building projects
- Current understanding of UK Building Regulations and statutory requirements
- Experience in a similar technical role
- Ability to work confidently in Revit
- A positive approach to problem solving, with motivation, enthusiasm and ambition
- Strong communication skills
Requirements (advantageous, but not essential))
- Healthcare design experience i.e. knowledge of HBNs, ADB etc.
- Ability to work confidently in AutoCAD
