Sandra Bugaite

Sandra has 7 years of healthcare design experience having worked previously in Lithuania and Portugal. Since joining, Sandra has worked on estates site appraisals and design options for five community health hubs across Dorset, and has been involved in masterplans and projects at various RIBA stages. She played a key role in delivering both the Intensive Care Unit at St. Helier Hospital and Dorset County Hospital’s new Emergency Department.

Sandra is a Project Architect in our London Studio. She is a key member of MA+, our social activity and personal development initiative, which promotes the mental and physical wellbeing of our team. Sandra is currently working on a new build inpatient mental health facility in Dorset.
