Medical Architecture named as supplier on NHS SBS framework agreement
Medical Architecture has been named as a supplier on the renewed NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services (HPCCAS) framework agreement, in three of its eleven lots.
Covering all of our core services, these are:
Lot 1: Architectural Services
Lot 7: Multidisciplinary Services
Lot 11: Ancillary Services
This national framework agreement provides NHS and public sector organisations with a contractual vehicle to appoint construction consultancy services, including estate strategy development, masterplanning and facility design. The four-year framework agreement represents an indicative potential spend value of £2billion.
Our custom-created Estates Register Tool, will be available through the framework agreement, as part of our estate strategy development service.
Our masterplanning service will also be available through Lot 11: Ancillary Services.
Architectural services and building design will be available through Lot 1: Architectural Services and Lot 7: Multidisciplinary Services.
We are very happy to have been appointed to the new NHS SBS framework agreement for Architectural, Multidisciplinary, and Ancillary Services. This means that we can offer clients our full range of services through the framework, tailored to their individual needs.
