Paul Yeomans RIBA
Director – Senior Architect

Paul Yeomans has led the Newcastle office since 2006 alongside Associate Director, Lianne Knotts.

Paul is lead architect on many of the practice’s award-winning projects;  a highly skilled and experienced healthcare designer, with a substantial knowledge of the health sector in areas of strategy, planning, design and construction. His main responsibilities lie with the design development of projects, client and project team liaison, resource management and project management.

Most recently, Paul led the Hopewood Park,  Ryhope Hospital site development project in Sunderland from bid win, assisting with the OBC through to current status on site. The new development provides a 122-bed acute inpatient mental health facility with administration and FM accommodation.  He was also involved in the 2012 RIBA Award winning Roseberry Park PFI project, Paul led the design team from Financial Close to completion on site.

Paul’s background is in architectural design of the UK Education sector.  He was Lead Architect on the Seven Stories Centre for the Children’s Book project which won the Civic Trust Centre Vision Award; the RICS Renaissance Award Building of the Year; and the Lord Mayor’s Design Award among others.  Following this success, Paul was Project Architect for the RIBA award winning St Edmund Campion RC School in Gateshead.
