Aye Eindra Lin

Aye joined Medical Architecture following completion of her architecture degree at Manchester School of Architecture, where she received First Class Honours. Her interest in healthcare architecture stems from several members of her family working as GPs in the NHS. This has given her specific insight into the value that therapeutic healthcare environments can have on the experience of patients and staff alike. Aye has played a role in the design of a new mental health inpatient building at Northgate Hospital in Morpeth, which is currently under construction.

Aye is an Architectural Assistant in our Newcastle Studio. She is part of our mentoring group offering support to newer members of our team, and is involved in organising our sessions for Continuing Professional Development. She is currently part of the team working with a major health provider in Toronto, Canada on the redevelopment of their acute health estate.
